Dale Amanda Tylor, MD, MPH
Dr. Tylor is a board-certified otolaryngologist and pediatric otolaryngologist with training from McGill University, the University of Florida, and Rady Children’s Hospital–San Diego.
Stephanie Culver, MD
Dr. Culver is a fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Her work spans functional, reconstructive, and cosmetic facial concerns.
